It is expected that a meeting of the Forget dit De(s)pati(es) will eventually be organized in Montreal.
The unifying event will serve to commemorate the arrival of our ancestor Nicolas Forget dit Despaties in New France in 1652.

The Les Forget dit De(s)pati(es) website was designed so that families bearing the names of Forget and De(s)pati(es) can learn more about the life of their ancestors and their origins.
